Cleaning filter: Use clean diesel to clean the diesel tank filter and air filter every 50 hours, and replace the engine oil in the filter oil pan; use clean kerosene or diesel to clean the air filter and diesel filter every 100 hours.
Technical maintenance of tractors is divided into shift maintenance and regular maintenance
Shift maintenance
Shift maintenance is performed at the beginning or end of each job, mainly including the following contents:
Clean dust and oil: Remove dust and oil from the machine, especially after working in a dusty environment, the air filter should be cleaned
Check the oil surface: Check the water surface of the water tank, fuel tank oil surface, crankcase oil surface, transmission oil surface and hydraulic oil tank oil surface. If there is insufficient, add
it in time.
Lubrication: Add butter to each lubrication area, check whether the external bolts and nuts are loose, and check whether there is any oil, water, or air leakage.
Check the control mechanism: Check the working conditions of each control mechanism and whether there are any abnormal noises in each component.
Cleaning filter: Use clean diesel to clean the diesel tank filter and air filter every 50 hours, and replace the engine oil in the filter oil pan; use clean kerosene or diesel to clean the air filter and
diesel filter every 100 hours.
Regular maintenance
Regular maintenance is carried out after the tractor is working for a period of time. It is usually calculated based on the cumulative working hours and is divided into level one to four
maintenance:
First-level maintenance: Clean air, fuel, engine oil and other filters, check the battery case and electrolyte liquid level, and supplement if necessary
Secondary maintenance: It is carried out once a year or after three or four operating seasons, including cleaning or replacing fine filters and filters related to air, diesel engines, engine oil, etc.,
replacing lubricating oil from engine fuel injection pumps and speed controllers, cleaning hydraulic systems, and replacing hydraulic oil
Level 3 maintenance: disassemble, clean, inspect, adjust and replace the engine, chassis, control, hydraulics, electrical and other assembly
Level 4 maintenance: Similar to Level 3 maintenance, but pay more attention to comprehensive inspection and adjustment of each component.
